Inserts & Care Instructions

Inserts: Down feather inserts are included with each of our pillow covers. If you need to replace your insert for any reason, we encourage using a high quality down feather or down alternative insert. Our covers look their best when filled out, so we recommend sizing up your insert (i.e. about 2-3 inches larger than the measurements of your cover for both height and width).

Care Instructions: Every textile we produce is handmade and thus, should be washed with care. We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing if dry cleaning isn’t possible.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping: We will do our best to ship orders out within 48 hours of receiving your order, however due to COVID19 there may be delays in shipping with our carriers. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know what went wrong. We will return or exchange unused items in their original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is damaged.
